Lead Experience Designer, Ticketmaster
2017 — 2019

Ticketmaster’s contactless secure ticketing app, intended for the major leagues. 

To take it from the 60-yard line to goal completion, I was brought on to drive user-centered research and design in order to transform it into a fully-scaled, mature product that could be both beautiful and effortlessly usable.

The Presence app spans responsive web, native mobile, and native Android scanning hardware.
